Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Junbi mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

These terms apply to all users of the Junbi app, including families, parents, and children using the app under parental supervision.

License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Junbi app for personal or commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the app to any third party
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Pricing and Trial

Junbi offers a free trial that allows you to create up to 10 checklists. After using your trial checklists, a one-time purchase is required to unlock unlimited checklists.

Pricing is displayed within the app at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect purchases already made.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Junbi, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the app
• Keep your device and app credentials secure
• Supervise children's use of the app
• Not use the app to store illegal or harmful content
• Report any bugs, security vulnerabilities, or issues to our support team

Privacy and Data

Junbi is designed with privacy first. Your calendar events and checklists are processed locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.

We collect anonymized crash reports, diagnostic data, and feature usage statistics to improve the app. This data cannot identify you personally and does not include any content from your checklists or calendar.

Communications

By providing your email address through our website, waiting list, or app, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including:

• Launch announcements and availability notifications
• Product updates and new feature announcements
• Tips and content related to family organization
• Promotional offers and special announcements

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. Note that you may still receive transactional communications related to your account or purchases.

Intellectual Property

The Junbi app, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Junbi and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create within the app, such as preparation checklists and custom reminders. However, you grant Junbi a limited license to process this data on-device to provide the app's functionality.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Junbi app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or data protection

While we strive to provide accurate reminders and preparation assistance, Junbi should not be relied upon as the sole method for important planning or time-sensitive tasks.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Junbi and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or information
• Missed appointments or events
• Business interruption
• Loss of profits or revenue

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

Third-Party Services

Junbi may integrate with third-party services such as calendar apps and notification systems. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

App Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the app
• Update these Terms and Conditions at any time
• Require app updates for continued functionality

We will notify users of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Junbi app at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
